Presentations
Standard presentations will be 15 minutes, including questions. Invited presentations will be 30 minutes.
Presenters are expected to provide their own laptop. Computers will not be provided. Projectors will accept VGA, HDMI, or DisplayPort input. No audio will be provided. Aspect ratios of 4:3 or 16:9 will be acceptable.
Posters
A standard poster size of 30 x 40 inches is preferred in either landscape or portrait format. Larger posters must still fit on a 60 x 40 inch board. Posters will be displayed all day and there will be one hour dedicated to the poster session. High School and Undergraduate Student poster submissions will be judged for best poster. Judging criteria will include technical content, visual appearance, and oral presentation. Graduate Student and Professional Student posters will be similarly judged for best poster in a second category. Awards will be presented at the end of the conference.
